My parents sent me yellow roses for my birthday during these scorching hot days in Midwest. I wasn’t home when the flower delivery was suppose to occur. Steve’s Floral took the initiative to not leave the arrangement on the porch due to how hot it was 100 degrees +. The next day they contacted me and made arrangements roses. I was going to be at work all day. They were accommodating and delivered the roses to my work. They’re very thoughtful and went above and beyond for the delivery. And the arrangement… wow!! It is beautiful.. I cannot stop starting at my beautiful yellow roses and greenery. The photo doesn’t do justice!!

Steve’s Floral Shop delivered the same day I ordered! My friend sent me a photo and the plant was even prettier in person. I won’t hesitate to order from them again.

Experience was great from the start! I called asking for same day delivery and this place was pretty much the only place that could deliver in the time frame I needed. Communication was great with the lady working. And also talked to the driver who was friendly. The first picture it what was advertised The second picture is what my girlfriend received. I am very happy with the flowers as they are almost identical to the advertisement which is rare these days. The only problem was the vase they came in is slightly different then the one on the website which is kind of a bummer, and not mentioned it would be different at all.. Other than that great flower buying experience.

I ordered this for same day delivery. The arrangement arrived before 2pm. It was even more beautiful than the one pictured. The attention to detail was impeccable! There was even a design with the roots of the flowers in the vase. I will definitely order from them again!

Called at 1:00 pm on Thursday with a dish garden order for delivery to same area as the shoppe. Delivered same afternoon, even though I gave them an incorrect address. Brother called at 5:00 pm and said it was very lovely. They managed to deliver regardless of incorrect address. Very impressed. Thank you. Sharlene Johnson Illinois

Steve's floral went above and beyond for my order!! I'm so thankful and pleased with them. Highly recommend to anyone. I ordered cheaper side $40 floral order, on wed to be delivered thurs to a local hospital friend had surgery. Little did I know said friend was being discharged early! I received an email that flowers couldn't be delivered. I contacted friend to find out...she's home ! Steve's amazing folx contacted her and later delivered the flowers, to her home, that same day. She loved them! I'm so grateful for them and they will be my KC go-to from now on.

What you see is what you get! I ordered from Montreal for my friend's birthday and the flowers are glorious. She said the delivery lady was so nice too. I'm really happy with that shop, and if I come visit my friend, I'll step by for sure. Thank you so much.
