I ALWAYS ,ONCE A YEAR CLEAN MY DINNING ROOM, THE FURNITURE AND ALL I HAD BROUGHT YOUR FURNITURE FROM A STORE IN TULSA BACK IN 2012! IT WAS MODEL XR250S, I BOUGHT 6 CHAIRS, TABLE WITH A LEAF AND THE CHINA CABINET! I LOVE IT AS MUCH AS WHEN I FIRST FOUND IT, IT HAS HELD UP SO VERY WELL! MY CHINA CABINET IS FILLED WITH FINE CHINA AND LOTS, WATERFORD PIECES! THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH GREAT FURNITURE!
They will take hrs to load your truck. I've been waiting 4hrs and still waiting as I write this because im pissed they're wasting my time. It should be $500 to hold a driver pass 2hrs.. The load was booked a day ahead of time why am I here this long.
Don’t believe their nonsense about any delivery with assembly. The worst delivery service was hired. They originally lost our first order. They dumped off some random piece of furniture. A few months later they finally fulfill it, the delivery company calls the day before because working adults can call out for emergencies like delivery windows Then they called 20 minutes prior and were asked to hold off and wait…. Nope. Plopped it off.
AMAZING SERVICE! We bought a Steve Silver sectional from a local furniture store and had a problem with the back of the wedge. The store was less than helpful and denied our warranty claim. They gave us an estimate for repair, but several weeks later stated they were unable complete the repair due to the inability to get parts, nor could they order us a new wedge. I called the Steve Silver Company directly and they were extremely nice and professional. She asked questions that our local store didn't even bother with and it turns out we can just replace the back. They are shipping a new back to us tomorrow. I wish we had just called them in the first place.
Have marble table w/ 4 chairs and bench item:WB380S the legs are always breaking top of one chair broke the cheap wood by the head rest, customer service said they'll send me a leg for blk leather bench seat.
Awesome customer service. I had an issue with a leg that broke off my dining room chair. I spoke to customer service about the issue and within minutes they were sending a replacement my way. I was very impressed with how easy and quick it was to get a replacement without jumping through hoops. Part came quickly in perfect condition and my chair is fixed! Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for beautiful designs and exceptional customer service. Will definitely order new products in the future!
Worst place to work at, don’t go here unless you have no future at all, no AC no breaks, stuck inside a hot trailer all day unloading furniture that weighs 200 pounds per box, trash company
Absolutely worst company to purchase furniture. don't even buy from them if this was the only furniture company left. They won't fulfill your order on time. i have placed order for almost a year ago and contacted so many times to know the status but every time rep says next month. i understand furniture shortage but that doesn't mean you keep pushing date every month. just be honest and say we can't fulfill your order for a year. so they will hold on to your order and never fulfill it. on top of that their customer service are horrible. each representative will give you different status. so it's hard to believe anyone.
I reached out to Steve Silver Furniture because I wanted to replace the legs on my dining room table. Customer Service was very prompt and polite and helped me with my needs. I was so impressed that I recommend Steve Silver Furniture to anyone I encounter seeking beautiful furniture designs and great customer service. Highly recommended!
Worst furniture ever! Build quality is horrible. I would argue worse than Ashley. First couch and love seat were delivered and both pieces were broken. Apparently there is an issue with the wooden supports on the lower bottom coming apart.They were replaced with brand new set and the love seat suffered the same problem after only 2 weeks of normal use resulting in one side being almost unuseable and it will no longer recline. I expect better for over 2 grand. Will never buy again.
