Steve has dedicated his legal career to pursuing the rights of adults and children with disabilities and regularly represents families and individuals in a variety of areas, including special education matters, estate planning, estate administration, special needs trusts, guardianships, and estate planning. He has successfully obtained appropriate educational programs, inclusion of children in the least restrictive environment, tuition reimbursement for private school placements, payment for independent educational evaluations and compensatory education.
