We are new to Farmers and not sure how we got so lucky to find this particular agency. Everyone is so helpful and friendly! We got better rates AND better coverage while saving a considerable amount of money. Sean was very knowledgeable, extremely patient and made sure we received the coverage we needed. I am new customer but so far I couldn't be more pleased.  Sean listened & phoned me during the times instructed and we were able to get my home and auto bundeled that same day with a significant savings on both ends as well as better coverage on both then I had with previous companies. We had a fire in January.  The claims were settled very fast and without hassle.  When I sought some reductions in rates this fall, Steven found some for me that brought significant savings.  I highly recommend Farmers and Steven Kohnle.  Awesome!

Steven is awesome--as a person and an agent.  He lowered our costs significantly when we switched from a competitor SF and we got better coverage. Farmers is great for people with teen drivers. And Steven supports the local schools.  His whole team is super responsive.  We're very happy customers!
