Experienced really great service, especially with nurse Joanna. She went above & beyond explaining to me different ways I can feel better. Took her time of letting me know different foods & diets I can do. She really cares for her patients. That I know from personal experience! No other nurse has ever been as caring as her! Great job Joanna & Thank you with all my heart for making my visit pleasant & for making me feel at ease. You made me feel like a very valuable patient. Thank you for caring so much for your patients!
Unfortunately my husband was having chest pain today Christmas Eve so I brought him in to be seen. The service we received by everyone was incredible. Especially from the PA Michael The RN Miranda and the DrTorres. They treated my husband very well where very informative and answered all our questions. They also treat their patients with compassion which is rarely seen now a days. We are very appreciative of the staff tonight. Merry Christmas and thank God it was nothing serious with my husband. Thank you!
I visited their outpatient side and it was such a smooth easy appointment for a sonogram I needed!!! I didn’t get to get the name of the lady who checked me in but it was very seamless and she was very friendly! The waiting room is very clean and the wait time was not very long either. The sonogram tech was amazing! He was very nice and explained all that he could to me thoroughly. This was the best experience I’ve had my whole pregnancy for a sonogram!!!
The staff did a great job taking care of us and our medical issue properly. Joanna RN did an excellent job on explaining instructions. I would definitely come come back to this ER for any of my medical needs. Thank for your time and service. You are greatly appreciated.
Such a great staff at night! I was there a few nights ago at the ER. Upon entering Carlos saw I was in pain and made me feel at ease. The nurse that took my vitals was great Gaby. From there I had nurse Rick and Dr Esquivel, whom both were outstanding!!!!! Went for a CT and Eddie was super nice!!! The person who registered me and took down my info Victor was also kind and helpful. Everyone answered all my questions and helped me get home safely. I could clearly see this graveyard shift was more like family than just coworkers. Great job you guys and thanks.
Chris and Joanna along with all the staff made my daughter feel at ease in a difficult time. X-ray technician was awesome, she didn’t even have to leave the room with her 2 fractured metatarsal bones. We really appreciate all the help you all did for us
RN Joanna was great! She made me and my 9 month old son feel comfortable as possible. My son was fussy and running fever and she made sure he got the attention he needed and even brought him a cold wash cloth which made him take a nap! RNs like her are hard to find, thank you Joanna and of course the doctor can’t remember his name ‍ He was extremely great/helpful, even though my son was screaming from the top of his lungs he did not give up, never walked away or told me I’ll be right back. He understood babies are babies! Extremely happy!
Had a great visit with very professional staff, thorough doctor Dr. Torres, tests run in a timely manner and seen without any wait. My nurse, Maria Celeste not sure in second name? was very good and kind. No complaints at all!
Very professional , very kind , I will differently come back and recommend my family and friends this is the best treatment I’ve gotten at a hospital in a very long time . The P.A Eric and the nurse Joanna were the best !!! 2nd review : my second visit was just as great. This time I brought my son and I’m very happy with the treatment my son got nurse Ivan, PA Amy , and the X-ray tech were just incredible. As a mom my opinion was taken into consideration and my son felt comfortable. Great Job South Texas Health System on providing the best care !
Everyone was very welcoming and so, so nice. I had the best experience with the doctor and nurses. Everyone was very thorough, caring and made sure I was comfortable. I will be going back in the future if I have another issue. 100% recommend.
