Sticks and Stones farm is a magical retreat getaway surrounded by 60 acres of woods in Connecticut.
We have a variety of beautiful cabins built sustainably from resources from the farm. Most of our cabins are screened, so you get the feel of sleeping outside, but still the luxury of being free of mosquito's and other little critters.
There is an organic vegetable garden and a moss garden that zig zags up the mountain. The moss has been tendered for the last 20 years.
Taking a hike on the farm, you will come across many stone sculptures built by Ethan Currier - a must see!! You will also find a labyrinth built out of stone and moss.
We offer many classes such as Yoga, massage, kids wilderness camps, drum circles, cooking classes, sustainably building workshops, and the list goes on.
Sticks and Stones is a place where you can take a break from the city, and enjoy the sounds of nature and experience a life that is simple and pure. It's the perfect place to take a big breath of fresh air and regroup. We hope to see you soon :-)
