Everything seemed good until I ordered a drink from the bar on Saturday night at the loft. It tasted more like juice I could barely taste anything else. It was my first drink of the whole night. 2 Coronas would of got me more drunker then those 2 mixed drinks.
Wow… I’m from NJ and I was looking for a nice club in Greenville NC but after reading the reviews about not letting black people in or telling them they are too dark skinned. Made me realize this is the south and conservatism/racism run hand in hand. I’m sure the proud boys and girls have a good ole corny country time don’t sweat it
Went with my buddy who came to visit me and we sat at the front of the line for 2 hours and its not like they were at capacity because there had to be dozens of people let in while we waited at the front patiently. When we finnaly got in the place was absolutely crowded shoulder to shoulder. A bouncer who was walking back to the front got infront of my friends face and tried to intimidate him for being in his way even though there was no room to move. The bouncers are some of the most inconsiderate people I have met, one bouncer had come out from the club and was openly talking trash about some of the customers inside I find that to be absolutely improper for a business. The floor was covered in smashed cans and beer so I almost slipped a few times. Staff should aim to be reasonable and respectful but instead they intimidate you because they are power hungry. I can not emphasize how bad some of the staff here are. Congratulations on being the worst establishment I have ever set foot in!
This bartender wouldn’t serve the AA male in front of me who stood there for 20 minutes. Once we white women moved our way up to the bar after he gave up. We were served. We felt so bad for the guy we tried to order for him, he refused to order from them. Thankful for the blonde behind the bar who caught on and served.
i have always enjoyed spending my weekends at Stilllife!! my friends and i have always been welcomed by the staff and never have a bad night when we spend it there. we also have never felt as safe in the downtown area as we do whenever we spend our night out at Stilllife!! best bar in greenville for sure
Very racist and not somewhere I would go again. Me and my friends went and ended up being pushed to the ground by security guards. Stood in line and they let everyone in except me and my friends for an hour straight. If you’re white you’ll get in easily and have an amazing time though!
Every time I go out I have a great time. From the bartenders to the peacekeeper’s everyone is so nice and respectful. I highly recommend stopping by and having a drink.
We were informed by the staff that certain booths were okay to sit at when we arrived and then after an hour of sitting at said booths we were told to leave because they were reserved. This was really annoying considering the bar was packed by the time they told us this and all available seating was already taken. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they told us at the start.
The bartender Krystal gave us an experience of a lifetime! Very much enjoyed our time at stillife and with Krystal! She was great!
Definitely the most prestigious bar in Greenville! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Also, all the bars are very clean!
