Anne at Stoddard funeral home was compassionate, professional and empathetic. She went above and beyond with helping with my father’s small benefit package making sure we received everything we needed. I would highly recommend Stoddard Funeral home. They made a very difficult process as easy as it could have possibly been.
Stoddard were very helpful throughout the process. Made it as easy as possible given the circumstances. The funeral director Sydney was very nice and helpful as well. Thanks again.
My mother passed away suddenly and it was very traumatic. I am fairly young and have never gone through this. I had no idea what to do and was scared. Stoddard helped me through everything with such grace and care. They really care about you and what you are going through and they definitely care about your loved on who has passed. I couldn't imagine having gone with a different funeral home.
Stoddard's team went above and beyond to help my family celebrate our mom. They were flexible, very responsive, and even met us on Christmas Eve to get my mom's cremation handled before Christmas. Pepper and her team were very personable and helped this experience be as positive as possible during a difficult time. Stoddard will be my first choice for any funeral services needs I may have in the future.
I could not have chosen a better funeral home to take care of my baby brother! From the very first call, to picking him up from the hospital, at the meeting and to making him look like a perfect Angel baby doll Anne is an amazing Director. She deserves so much more than the thanks I can give her! She Treated us like family. She has so much care and compassion.
Anne and the staff of Stoddard were simply amazing. They treated us with so much compassion. There's not a single thing that could have been done better. Our baby boy was laid to rest today, and with all of their guidance I feel a true sense of assurance that he is now a baby angel in heaven. The funeral director “Pepper”was fantastic. She was warm and attentive to what we wanted. She had great suggestions that we used. The entire team was responsive and worked hard to ensure everything was perfect for the services. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation to them for honoring my husband and providing a wonderful sendoff one that he would be happy with.
Where do I even start, my mother in law fell ill and was put on hospice a few months back. Rhonda was very sensitive to us wanting to set up pre arrangements for her. It was easy, informational, and she was very empathetic. My mother in law passed about 2 weeks ago a lot sooner than expected. We worked with Pepper when it came down to all the details of the funeral. We had never done anything like this and she made it so much easier on us and the family. We have a large family and she spent hours explaining to us what we paid for and was sure to get all the details in this funeral. She went above and beyond what the family could ever ask for. She literally was there from beginning to end and communicated every step of the way. We had so many moving parts and so many different opinions and she took notes and made sure everything we could have dreamed of was there in the details. Our family will forever be grateful for Pepper! Thank you Stoddard Funeral home for taking this weight off our shoulders and really giving my mother in law the best going away party we could never imagined.
Stoddard Funeral Home was absolutely amazing to us during such a sad time. Not only were they caring, but John showed true compassion for our family. He took the time to get to know us and help us in every way he could. John made an extremely difficult time for my family just a little easier. The employees are all truly amazing and deserve to be recognized for how caring and genuine they are. I can’t put into words how thankful we are for everyone that helped us out there. Thank you for having amazing people working there.
Ann and the staff at Stoddard went above and beyond. They made a difficult time less difficult and thought of all the details. They were sincere and kind throughout the entire process. I can’t thank you enough!
