Stone is a coincidence I have purchased crystal pendants from Stone and they were the most beautiful Swarovski crystal!! CS was GREAT!Maybe you didn't return in original boxes in perfect shape
Purchased two pendent lights and was not satisfied with them, never hung them up and tried to return them. They took them back but charged me 200 restocking fee. Don't order unless you know for sure.
