Stone Mountain Farmers Market take place in this parking starting from June to August from 4pm to 7pm every Tuesday. Is a really nice way to support local vendors and the community at #Stonemountainvillage. We love to go and shop there
I park here everytime i go into the park. Its free and the trail leads right to the park. Free entry into the park also. Perfect.
What can one say? Conveniently located in the heart of Stone Mountain Village, this still "free" parking supports a few dozen parking spaces. These spaces are on a first come first serve basis. Whether shopping at the variety of shoppes across the street or planning that trek up the mountain these spaces are premium. It also hosts one of the only 24 hour ATM's at its center.
Plenty of places to park everywhere! Only frustrating thing are the people walking on the streets instead of the sidewalks where there is NO pedestrian path FYI- there is a section of the park where there is a bicycle & pedestrian walking path on the street.
There is plenty of parking for the area. I've been to many small shopping areas like this one and they're parking was much more difficult. I personally don't like parking on the side of the street so I park in the large parking lot across from the sidewalk were the shops are at.
The staff here deserve praise. They are always attentive and smiling when you come and i look forward for my next session. Super!
Tip: on the right side of the parking lot, down the hill, are some spots in the shade... just sayin'...
Extremely congested. VERY OVERPRICED PARKING!! take a Xanax and a platinum card when visiting
