Stone Quarry Hill Art Park sits just off of Route 20 heading east outside the village of Cazenovia. The Art Park sits atop a breathtaking rural landscape with 104 acres, 4 miles of hiking trails, and over 100 pieces of outdoor art work.
Public programs and educational outreach build off of this cultural richness. School visits and field trips punctuate a busy schedule of exhibitions, lecture-demonstrations, workshops and classes. Special events include the New York Kite Enthusiasts kite festival, the Society for New Music's Family Arts Day, and the Syracuse Ceramic Guild's Pottery Fair.
Inspired by the relationship between art and nature, the Stone Quarry Hill Art Park seeks to educate and engage the public through exhibitions, collection, interpretation, and community outreach programs in the arts. Set among 104 acres of conserved land and groomed trails, the Art Park is dedicated to providing a unique environment for the showcasing of art by emerging and established artists, in natural and gallery settings.
