Everyone is absolutely wonderful to work with. It's taking a very long time to get the dentures because they have to keep sending stuff out of state. But they are making sure things are perfect. Wonderful place to use for dental needs!
Excellent first experience. Very professional crew! Dr. Town impressed me from the minute he walked into the room. I had some concerns about my teeth and he had all the right answers.
When I first went here in 2019, I was very unhappy with this place, the staff was rude. I decided to try this place again and I'm so glad I did because they were amazing. Dr. Town is very personable and made my son and I feel comfortable right away. The staff is different from previous visit and they are phenomenal. They are very helpful, friendly and understanding. I know that I need a lot of work done and they are more than willing to work with me on it. Dr. Town explained everything with respect, professionalism and compassion. Even with all the issues I have with my teeth, Dr Town made me feel comfortable unlike other dentists I have had in the past that made me feel embarrassed about my teeth. My adult son was born with a severe congenital heart condition and Dr. Town was excellent with him. Any and all concerns we had was answered and taken care of right away. So far, I'm incredibly pleased with this place and we are looking forward to being lifetime patients here. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great dentist! I'm so glad I decided to give this place another try.
The staff here are so friendly and really care about you and your dental health! They do everything they can to make your visit as comfortable as possible. They are also great at explaining everything. Can't recommend this place enough! Amazing!
I am so impressed with the quality of care and attention to detail all of Stonehaven’s staff displays. They have treated me with respect and really listened to my needs. Their office and wait room are also beautifully decorated and comfortable, which makes for an even nicer experience. I highly recommend them!
Where do I start. I went to Stonehaven around 5 years ago and received 2 root canals and 4 crowns. Two different factors about my experience make me never want to go back or recommend them to anyone. First, at the time I didn’t have insurance but only a discount plan. In the interest of, I’m assuming, wanting to make more money, they failed to tell me that the type of crowns they put in were not covered under the discount categories except as a generic small % off. Because of this, I ended up paying thousands of dollars because they didn’t inform me that there were other options that were cheaper under my discount plan. They knowingly neglected to offer me the much cheaper option of metal crowns which i would have been fine with and instead made it seem like my only option was porcelain. Second, the 4 crowns they did put in were constructed using a new 3D modeling machine, which it was obvious the doctor was just learning to use, instead of the traditional method. A couple years later, another dentist told me that every one of the crowns did not sit close enough to my gums and would allow food and bacteria to grow underneath them. They recommended replacement of all 4. I turned him down because i had paid so much for them, but 5 years later, all 4 crowns have come loose. I was told they should last around 10 years. In sum, greed and malpractice seem to be the theme of my expire here. Would recommend finding another dentist.
From the time I arrived until the time I let I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The medical team did a great job and were so professional. Every time I was presented with information they would stop and ask if I had any questions.
Everyone is very nice & very concerned about your dental health. I’ve learned more in the 2 years I’ve been going to them about keeping my teeth & mouth healthy than I ever knew. I feel very confident in them.
I went in for a cleaning and they said my gums were not in the best of shape and recommended a gum treatment for $1300. They refused to give me an anual cleaning covered by my insurance and insisted on the treatment that would have been over $900 out of pocket. I went in for one thing and refused that service to me when I did not want to take there up sale.
This is by far the most wonderful place to be. Dr Town and his staff are amazing. They are the most loving and caring people I have ever met in my life. If you are needing a new dentist this is the place to be.
