Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone. Great employees, they answered all my questions and had me in and out with new insurance in under an hour. Even helped me with other things such as canceling my old insurance. I got a great rate and plan on staying with them as long as I’m still in Toledo!

Friendly little place to do good business. They really make you feel like they're working on your behalf and not just trying to pinch on a policy. I felt my best interests have been at heart here. Face to face, hand to hand-- they take good care of you.

After living and paying the highest rates in the countryMichigan my whole life.  The rates are unbelievable, the coverage outstanding. Hurts to think how money i wasted. I now get full coverage for far less than the bare minimum PLPD I paid for in Michigan for the last 25 years.

Our Church was asking for quote for Rental Insurance urgently. The company said it would take at least two weeks. So we went elsewhere.

Unless your a curret customer,  or they think they can make $$ staff is RUDE! Especially the old guy who looks like his midlife crises carried on long into the geriatric stages. And the markup is far above that of other area agencies who offer much better coverage and response. I'd avoid the experience and pay less for a more reputable name. You can see where the "stoner" comes from in relation to the ownership.

It was actually really great to be able to sit down and discuss my insurance with someone face to face. I got just the coverage I needed for the right price. And it feels good knowing that if I have a problem, I can just call them directly.

People are nice. It's small in the inside but clean.

Would recommend you give Brently a call for your insurance needs. Professional, answered and explained questions/information. Was easy to do business with.

The agent who name starts with a B attempted to force me to keep a higher car insurance rate after telling me he would redo the quote.
