Our nursing center clients provide 24-hour care to residents who suffer from chronic illnesses and debilitating medical conditions that prevent them from participating in activities associated with daily living.
These centers offer extended-care services that are provided by certified nurses, aides and assistants; physical, occupational and speech therapists; social workers and recreational assistants; and financial advisers. Attending physicians oversee the individual care plan developed for each resident, which includes the management of prescriptions and other forms of pain management.
Our home health clients provide patient care at their own home with nursing and therapy and in certain locations private duty services.
