...coming at you live,4-5x a week, from my garage, driveway, yard and street. we jump, run, squat, press, pull, push, clean, snatch, jerk, climb, dip and swing. all are welcome, just don't hurt yourself. know your limits, push yourself at your own pace. the opportunity to improve your fitness costs you nothing here...except the effort that you bring.
