My husband had eye surgery on October 12, and we were very impressed with the care he received. Everyone was so nice. The staff put my husband at ease and that was so important to us. They were the nicest people!
Great experience! Nurse Kathleen, nurse Lauren and the rest of the team so sorry for not knowing everyone’s names were incredible with our little one Dr Ahmad and our Anesthesiologist were amazing as was the surgical team. Thank you all for making our little girl so comfortable through the entire experience a very stressful day went smoother and lovelier than we could have ever asked for. Thank you to the entire surgical team who also waved and showed support for our little girl as she walked from her room down to surgery. We couldn’t be happier or more appreciative. Thank you!
Everyone and I mean everyone was so caring and professional .they made a very scary experience. While entering with 100% anxiety. Quickly de escalated. This was a calming and comfortable experience considering the circumstances. This coming from my daughter 23patient and two very worried parients. All staff ,Dr houstion beyond amazing and Dr Shah the best. We thankyou
From the time I walked in, the staff was amazing and welcoming. I was slightly anxious about my surgery, but every single staff member went above and beyond to calm my anxiety. That level of reassurance put me in an extremely comfortable mindset to go through with the surgery, knowing I was in good and caring hands. Such an amazing experience came from such an unfortunate health condition I had.
This is my first here and what a great experience. From the moment my son and I walked in, Susan and another lady at the front desk were just so welcoming and friendly. Also I The back the nurses were so friendly. It’s rare to see such a warm team and I so appreciate that. Thank you everyone at the Ambulatory Surgery Center for the amazing care you provide. My son age 12 had surgery today- he suffers from anxiety and the thought of surgery was overwhelming to him and myself. The staff was amazing- making him feel 100% comfortable and walking him through the process every step of the way. What could have been a scary experience was instead replaced with care and concern for not only the patient but his family Thank you a million times
The best! Wonderful staff, clean, bright, sunny building. Our 4 y/o daughter was there for surgery, and they were super kind and patient with us. We knew she was in the best hands. We were able to see her very soon after surgery, and she was treated so kindly! She loved the ice pop, apple sauce and juice, and we really appreciated the coffee and toast too! Thank you all so much, the whole team!
Everyone is super polite and helpful, but if you can, it's better to avoid this place.
From the minute I entered the building I was attended to by the most incredible kind, knowledgeable, professional Doctors and nurses. I was kept informed at each step of all procedures. I was made comfortable by the extremely cheerful staff, beginning with warm blankets and ending with cinnamon toast. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so pleasant.
I could not have asked for better care. Post care nurse could not do more to help my discomfort.
