Stor-House Mini-Storage

We Allinder’s rented a storage with this place and the lady that helped us said that she wasn’t really working there she was just filling in a couple weeks ago I called them and set a time to come and put our stuff in the storage when we got there with all her stuff they were saying that they were short on staff and come back couple hours!! So we get back there and we give them our cards and our emergency cards and address and her phone number and to make sure that our card was going to be run automatically so we didn’t have to mess around with payments they said yes no problem that can be arranged so we gave them the months go by and we’re thinking it’s fine my mom gets a letter in the mail saying our stuff is getting auctioned and I called them and they said oh yeah our computer had to update programming whatever and we lost our cards and auto payments. But they didn’t contact us didn’t call us didn’t give anything in the mail and now they’re auctioning our stuff off and we are 200 and some dollars which we can’t pay and they say it’s all on them and it’s their fault and they’re not doing anything about it at least not yet tomorrow I’m supposed to hear something from up the chain and I’m hoping they will be kind and gracious to us because it is their fault and we are out of the country we have been recommended to the storage by a couple friends so we’re hoping that something can be arranged, It’s very stressful and we have been very frustrated with this storage place but we took a chance on it

Barbra Heartly was the greatest! I was very last minute and she went abouve and beyond to make sure i got a unit! Her customer service is outstanding. I would recommend this storage to anyone needing a unit!

Stor-House is A1! My daughter Jamia Richardson uses this storage and they are very spacious and clean and the staff is helpful and polite!! I would recommend them to anyone!

Older facility but manager is awesome. There are a few bands that practice out of their locker so you might get a musical treat if you are here when they practice.
