I’ve used my local Storage Express for several months now and they’ve always been very accommodating and offered a good market rate and especially friendly and prompt service. Being able to reach a live person is important and I’ve never had an issue doing that. I highly recommend them.
Open 24hrs. And easy to get account setup. However.... mouse poop throughout Everything I had in there after 6 months. They went in without my permission and removed items. Closing my account was Very hard. They kept calling saying I owed my monthly fee months after I closed and called numerous times.
I am so pleased with Storage Express!! I was able to sign up online, and their pricing was the best out there for climate controlled storage!! The location is great, and the site is very clean. They even have a cart to help transport boxes to and from your vehicle!!!! Wow
3 stars for not a user friendly online portal. I wanted to give notification for move out, shouldve been incorporated in account info. Did not have correct gate code for first two weeks of rental. Website needs work for mobile devices.
Terrible customer service. They keep raising rates and have raised as much as 10 bucks and 2 times within same year. I had direct pay setup with bank but they keep changing rate. I pay on time every month and they keep harrasing me after I have spoken with the staff and late at night. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
FIND A DIFFERENT STORAGE FACILITY! Our unit flooded! Do not use this place! I do not think that we are the only ones. The response: “There’s nothing we can do”. I understand that the business does not cover any damage, but come on...flooding! The units are obviously not built correctly or maintained well enough to prevent rain from ruining all of your personal items. There was mold everywhere and everything is ruined. If you want to keep your items safe, DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!
Great service! Was signed up and in the unit within minutes. Clean facility, and overall great experience.
It's great except for hours of operation not being 24 hours which makes for hard days when I need to get started early..
Clean storage, well kept and excellent customer service.
Very satisfied except that there are no carts for moving things in when we go there.
