I have multiple units at this facility and I’m completely satisfied with customer service, pricing and, most importantly, cleanliness. I am especially impressed with Devon, who is beyond accommodating, professional and courteous. I admit to having had a few high maintenance and demanding moments that he has handled promptly and efficiently. Also, kudos to Leon who manages to keep the facility spotless. He is always helpful and gentlemanly.
This is the best storage place I have ever used. The new manager Christine and the new sales representative Dan are wonderful. Unlike the previous manager, Christine and Dan are so helpful and kind - and they keep the place spotless. Dan made my upgrade so easy - and made sure I was completely happy with the unit and price. I was going to switch to a different storage place because of the rude and poor treatment I got from the previous staff, but I'm so pleased with Dan and Christine and will continue to do business with them.
Smooth running place, no trouble making staff…have parking, two units and renting more soon. Still moving lots, but all perfect so far after month, and very clean, private and secure!! Ty
The facility is nice and when I have been in the office they are nice. The reason for my 2 stars is because we have had our property there since the summer of 2017. It seems like every time I turn around they are raising my rates again. They have never had a problem getting my payment every month and have made quite a bit of money off of me but keep raising my rate. Will not be keeping my stuff there much longer as I am done with them. I do not feel they appreciate good loyal customers.

Christine was extremely helpful before and after my move. She explained everything thoroughly and took me on a quick tour of the facility, which I must say is absolutely spotless. Great experience overall!
The Storage Post Self Service staff was most helpful in providing us with a place to store our belongings in confidence. The facility is clean and very well maintained. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. We highly recommend storing your treasures in their facility.
Prior to booking with StoragePost, I had called about 6-7 other storage places. Storage Post in Garden City had the best rates. The location is in a nice area and easy to get to from a highway. The facility is new and clean. When you pull in to drop your things there is a tarp on top of the loading docs which makes it convenient when its raining/snowing so you stuff does not get wet. They have plenty of dolly's to help you bring all the items to your unit. It is a month to month lease and they ask for 10 day notice if you not going to be needing the unit anymore. Very convenient that you are not locked into something for a year or longer. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 starts and not 5 is because when I booked it over the phone the girl told me that the unit can be in 2 people's name this was very important to me and I made sure to ask numerous times during the call. However when we came to sign the lease, we were told that the unit can only be in one person's name and there is no way around that. Other than that this place is nice and for a reasonable price.
The associate at the Garden City location was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Clean facility. Their is ten dollar mandatory insurance fee per month on top of your monthly payment. Wasnt told upfront but still the monthly cost was affordable.
