Not a good experience at all. Started with a good monthly rate, but had to spend almost $45 in beginning application fees for a month to month. After about 3 months I noticed a terrible odor in my building. I was initially offered to be moved, but local office never followed up. Then coincidentally got a notice rent increase to $50 from $25. Been to the office 2x to close account, and empty out space, nobody there. Calls to the office not returned. Just left my message again. And last time there smell still present.
Tasheanna was amazing. I arrived at 9:30 as she was opening up she stopped what she was doing to assist me . Thank you again
Delia was great she helped me and my husband out with a better storage and educated us on how to make sure we were saving on our storage unit. I would recommend anyone to come and see her she’s the sweet lady with the British accent
Customer service was good, the building smells like urine. Also many people live in the units and there is no cameras indoors. Prices continue to go up.
Anthony provided an exceptional experience over here at the Pompano location. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made my move in as simple yet professional as possible. I would suggest anyone in the market for storage to come check them out!!

My storage space was VERY dirty with rat poop everywhere AND THRU OUT THE HALLWAYS and visually not clean ,the light near my storage didn’t work, overall light u had to use my cell phone light .I guess it’s better for them to not have bright light because then you see how dirty it is I’ve had storages before in other company’s and this was very disappointing *Staff were very profesional but that was the only good thing,
Anthony was fantastic and took care of all my storage needs with courtesy and professionalism. One last note please know you have to call to ask if you need a ladder or not. Prices are great here. Thanks!
Move-in process was straightforward. Original unit I selected wasn't large enough, so Anthony helped me find a better alternative, which saved me money in the process. Highly recommend.
Anthony was awesome! He is a pleasure to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure you're happy.
