I have been renting a unit for 1 year. They raised their rates twice during this time, blaming the pandemic. Ridiculous. I am setup on automatic payments every month. For some reason THEIR system had an error and couldn't pull my payment. INSTEAD of calling me to tell me, they removed my access code from building and put a lock on my unit! They had the time to do all this and not to call or e-mail me to let me know.
Porscha was absolutely amazing and helped me get through the process so quickly and effortlessly. She called after her hours had ended just to make sure my same day move in went smoothly. Overall had a great move in experience. The location is convenient, the units and building are very clean, and the staff is so helpful!
I have renting here for 4 years. There is no other place I’d rather be. Facility is always clean. The staff is superb. Great customer service. Reliable and always available.
Clean, bright location with helpful staff. I moved from another storage facility and one of the biggest complaints I had with it was the small number of carts that were always locked up so you had to go to their office to get a key which frequently were unavailable. This location has a large amount of unlocked carts. Very pleased.
The day I signed up, I told the attendant am going to get a uhaul because I wanna start moving my inventory in the storage. I went get a uhaul filled it up, when I get to the storage the code he gave me was not registered and it was already after hours. There was no number I could have called nor customers service after hours. I ended losing a day of productivity and had to extended the uhaul rental. I lose money for the day and wasted my time. I went and complained to the same attendant he said he had to refresh the system, while I stayed there watching putting the code at the moment. That mean after he signed me in he never completed the process to register the code. He said he emailed his supervisor they will contact me, am still haven't received an email or a phone call.
I had to rent a smaller unit as well as the large one I've been using as I had someone coming to help me move, organize & find things. My 1st choice was done over the phone & was wrong so I was able to change to a much better choice for my needs w/o any trouble. When I took my lock home to fix leaving my 1st unit unlocked they placed their own lock on it for security. I hadn"t worried as it seemed very well secured there but it was great that they did that. Employees are very pleasant people.
I walked in and was seeking a unit with a full truck straight off of the highway. Phil was pleasant, knowledgeable, quick and provided excellent customer service and eased my moving anxiety. Price was perfect, building was clean and spacious.
