First off, the staff, couldn’t of been any better. Superb customer service!!! Very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions quickly & correctly.. super nice and respectful. Took the time to walk me all around and show me the entrance to use closest to my unit, showed me where the carts were that I could use. I can’t say enough great things about the staff!!! 5 stars all the way!! Now as for the building itself, I’m currently at public storage, which is just the worst in every way.  This place is air-conditioned. And very clean. Easy access in and out. And it’s about 1/3 of what I was paying at Publix storage and that unit was outside and dirty and just sucked. I’d give storage rentals of America 10 stars if I could.  I will recommend to everybody!!!

After months and months of being abused by public storage , my wife and I decided it was time for a change. Storage of America was such a great change in how we store our “stuff”. They are attentive, present , and their employees , Christina and Gywnn were very friendly, helpful and treated us like important customers . It’s a great facility and very easy access to get in and out. All on one level which is so important.

This has been one of the most, if not the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had while renting an storage unit. Nancy is simply amazing!! She goes above and beyond to make the experience of renting amazing. Best customer service, attention, informative and friendly. Also the units are super nice, they are renovating, so, the units are brand new, place is clean and great location. But more than anything the customer service is out of this world!!! Yesterday I went to Storage Rentals of America and I rented a storage unit. Luis explained everything to me and he was very informative. He also had a friendly personality and that made me comfortable. I rented a 10 by 10 and I’m very happy with the unit. If you need a storage unit I recommend Storage Rentals of America.

Christine was very friendly and dedicated to her work. She answered all our questions and was very professional setting us up with a new contract. Thank you keep it up

The staff here is amazing the front desk lady Nicole is so caring and attentive to what we needed after a family tragedy all we needed was some kindness and boy we found it here I would recommend this place to anyone strictly because of the effort shown by Nicole I don’t know what your paying her but I firmly believe she needs a raise thank you for all you did for my family

Nancye absolutely handled us with care beyond belief. She set us up immediately with units just before closing hour. We are so excited!! Thank you!!!

Nicole is terrific. She helped me find the right unit, answered all of my questions and made me feel good about choosing the company to store our belongings.

I made my reservation online. So easy and convenient.  At the site, Cristine weng through the contract and showed me around. Facility is clean.
