Staff is incredible. They were always polite and knowledgable. and worked hard to get me two rentals. Whenever I call I get a real person. The grounds are clean and well kept. also totally secure.
I honestly would put it more at 3 and a half because the place really is a good place. With that said my issues are the hours. They are not open AT ALL, meaning you cannot access your belongings AT ALL, on Wednesdays and Sundays. That may not be an issue for most people, and if it isn't I would absolutely recommend this place. For me, I work from home and have short shifts, but work several shifts in a day and my breaks between are not Long enough to go out there if needed, and by the time I'm done with work they are closed. My days off....Sunday and Wednesday... I do not remember the hours being set this way when we began renting but I had different responsibilities at that time so there just may not have been a conflict like this for me to notice, it's been a while.
Had some issues with the system at the time, but everything was resolved relatively quickly and without issue. The lady sat the desk was so polite and helpful, I wish I could remember her name. Either way, excellent service.
Super easy move in process and great customer service. I was very happy with my decision to go with Storage Rentals of America. Would highly recommend.
