Nice a easy process and pretty straight forward. * Nice and clean property * nice and clean buildings and AC units are actually being cooled down. *property Manager/Owner nice and friendly and answer's all questions and ask you if are happy with the setup after showing you and writing up all the paper work etc. ** better then the other storage spot's Ive been too in my opinion 10/10 **
Pretty passive aggressive. Not at all accommodating. I’ve interacted with A LOT of storage facilities and this one is towards the lower end on the customer service end. The vast majority of the facilities I’ve done business with are extremely friendly and a pleasure to do business with. That said, this wasn’t the absolute “worst” I’ve encountered but I certainly wouldn’t do business with them again.
Leona displayed the utmost customer service when I checked into her property. Despite checking in after business hours, Leona ensured my check in was a smooth as possible. She even left a cart in my storage room for me so that I could move my items easier. Taking the time out of her day to ensure my move in was seamless shows a lot about her hospitality. Moreover, she reached out my phone call the next day just to follow up. Leona is definitely the total professional.
There are some extra fees to renting so what is posted as a monthly cost ends up being higher. My check-in with Leona was very customer friendly, honest, and helpful in making a decision. Leona is a great asset to the company!

First I want to say Leona was fantastic. I had called looking for storage as I have to move that way for work, I was not having much luck in the area as most did not want to discuss over the phone, but I am not down there much. When I was down for just a day or two looking for storage an possible rental home locations, I decided to stop in after having a few conversations over the phone. I explained that I was not sure of what I needed to safely pack my belongings for the long trip, and Leona had knowledge on moving supplies. She was able to explain how the different things worked best for. She had suggested the small boxes for my book collection an explained lighter items go in the larger boxes. She told me the bubble wrap is great for glass as well as the packing paper. She even showed me the packing dividers for the kitchen I was very pleased at how she runs her property location, its clean, well maintained an you can clearly tell she has pride in her work. I have let my coworkers know where they can go to find storage when we travel
I have been hunting for storage in the gardens area an prices an staff did not meet my standards. Then I tried storage rentals of America the location on military. Leona was very welcoming, friendly an was able to answer my questions. She was knowledgeable about sizing an prices. She gave me a tour it was rainy and wished there was a cart or something so we didn’t get wet, I will be moving to Florida an will plan to use this facility, great location, good pricing an availability
My experience at Storage Rentals of America was amazing, pleasurable, and joyful. I was greeted by Leona, the Office Manager whose people skills and customer service I found to be priceless. I’d had a very uncomfortable relationship with Public Storage and had vowed to never do business with another storage ever again however, I needed a storage and after calling Storage Rentals of America and speaking with Jennifer from the West Palm Beach Datura street location, who amazingly and awesomely put me on this journey to meet Leona, truly became a relationship created in heaven. Leona took the baton from Jennifer and brought home the gold medal for Storage Rentals of America. Leona is a great asset to this company because she has a passion for what she do, how she does it, as well as to whom she does it to and for. Leona, Jennifer, and Storage Rentals of America you have given me a new pair of eyeglasses as to how I view Storages. Leona thanks for your excellent customer service but more importantly thank you for your sacrifice of going the extra mile to care .
