**MOLD** After being harassed for weeks about a $525 payment, with a list of my items sent via email. I finally had a chance to get into my unit to find nothing but MOLD. That being said, this company had full knowledge of this mold infestation prior to my payment. I immediately went to the front office and spoke with Lisa, the customer service rep at this location. She came to my unit and was in shock just as myself. Lisa then stated " I apologize and I think I am going to have to go above my bosses head because this keeps happening. I keep reporting and she manager says its not a issue." No sooner than she finished her statment, an older couple parked across from us and stated they where also moving out due to damaged property by mold. The couple offered my children and I PPE and cleaning supplies but our items were not salvageable. Lisa went to the office to contact her "Boss", whom was out of town. She did contact me within a hours time to schedule a phone call when she comes back in town. Im still waiting!!! After filing my insurance claim through acm via storage sense, Lisa and the Manager have denied any knowledge of mold in any unit. Lol as if lossing damn near everything we owned wasn't enough, they took money knowing my property was damaged, then lied to the insurance company to save themselves. Completely disgusd molded! **** Reponse to the owner*** Unfortunately after Sending a very detailed email with pictures, and statements from my movers. Your company and its employees continue to deny that there has been water leaks that caused damage to my property and mold. Also the fact that the District Manager Ashley just hung up on me just shows how unprofessional this company can be very nasty when the word Lawyer is mentioned. Until you and your employees Do right by the people that waste their money by renting from you, knowing theres mold infinfestation through out the building. Expect more lawsuits, BBB reports, Environmental health inspections, Forsyth county building inspections, and more 1 star google reviews. You should be ashame of yourselves!
U-haul Rental. The truck was horrible, wiper blades did Not work on a rainy day. Not discounted for Any issues.

I love the concept of having our storage unit indoors. There’s a locked gate you have to get through first and then you have to get into the building to get to your unit. You can drive your car inside which was pretty cool. I had issues with my gate code the first day. I called the after hour number and was helped immediately! Definitely recommend storing your stuff here!
