We kept our 5 bedroom house of belongings at this facility for 3 years until our new home was built a few months ago. This was the cleanest facility that I’ve ever seen. Not one bug or droppings ever found. Thank you for taking great care of our things until we were able to start over again.

I for one have never had any problems with the customer service here. These guys have been amazing to me and my family. I thought that the metal doors and walls would make everything so hot that I could not store candles or something that might melt, but I haven't had any problems yet. I have been storing here for 3 years. It has gotten a little expensive, but now-a-days I feel like if people treat us well, I don't mind paying a little more. They do try and keep ants away from the units, but sometimes they come in. I have one of the larger units without climate control.

Best Business decision I made all year. The Property Manager Chasidy Ingram is engaging, and more than amazing. She’s Polite, Professional, Patient, and Proficient at her job. We left Regus to go to Hwy 85 it’s only 15 miles from the airport it’s a perfect location and office space. The business park is sufficient for pretty much any business. We have a private restroom,kitchen, plenty of parking, signage, and team of wonderful people at the leasing office. It’s 5x’s larger than the largest office at Regus and we pay over seven hundred dollars less. Now $748.00 goes back into the bank or business. From one business owner to another I highly recommend Suites at Storage Xxtra
The staff is very professional and provides customer services that’s worthy of 5 stars! Very detailed oriented when discussing/answering questions. I most definitely chose the RIGHT location to do business with!!! Always willing to help to make my customer experience the absolute BEST! Thank you ladies!!!!
