Our self storage facility is fully fenced and gated with coded keypad entry. We also have video cameras surrounding the facility. Additionally, we offer units that are drive-up accessible, so you will be free to pull your car or moving truck right up. At Storage Xxtra, customer service is our highest priority. Therefore, we offer flexible billing, so you can set the billing date that works best for you. You can also pay your monthly bill online and even set up autopay. I have used this location for 20 years. Most of those 20 years have gone well. This week things went down hill. Down sizing to a smaller unit turned into one of the most confusing transactions I have ever been a part of. Not sure if it was Ada or Olivia I was dealing with but, I learned that your better off just leaving than trying downsize to save money. There’s no saving money in downsizing at storage xtra, the more they tried to explain why it was costing me more money after I moved in the smaller unit, the more confused I got. If I hear the term “pro rate” one more time, I’m going to throw up.
Ada was friendly, knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer service. I called and spoke with her over the phone and explained the size rental unit I needed and my reservation was in my email within moments. She gave me the option of completing the process online or coming into their office. I chose to stop by and she showed me the actual unit that we would be renting and finished the process within minutes. She made it simple and I truly appreciated that - not to mention her kindness and patience. Thanks so much!!!

After a HORRIBLE experience at another storage unit close by, this place and the staff have been absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly helpful and it’s been such a pleasant experience storing our things here! Very highly recommend!
I just rented a 10x10 unit, the young gentleman that helped me was very nice and answered all questions in a way that helped me feel welcomed and secure in my decision to go with Storage Xxtra. The property, office, and unit were very clean and well kept. Looking forward to a good experience knowing that my belongings will be safe and secure.

My organization has been occupying space and renting an office with Storage Xxtra for a few months now and it’s been great! The staff communicates really well and are quick with requests. Great place to start out any business! Great prices for the spaces.
