So today I went to check out the storage. It was perfect. Everything that I need.. this 3 ladies are amazing. For anyone who is looking into getting a storage, please reach out to this three amazing ladies Shaketa, Gail and Leigh they're so helpful. So sweet! I recommend you this location. Clean, smell fresh and customer service greet you with a big huge smile . Go team dragon!
I am very happy I chose extra space storage In Peachtree city. Mrs.Leigh was very nice, friendly, and helpful. She explained to me very well in detailed where my unit was located and made sure I had everything I needed. Because of her everything with smooth and well. I give a big shout out to Mrs. Leigh for helping my process go smooth and fast. I would recommend extra space storage to my family and friends
Excellent and personal help!! The leasing agent was not only knowledgable but took the time to provide excellent advice and information regarding my storage needs. The entire process was quick, easy and completely efficient!
Lee was amazing in helping me find the correct unit! He was obviously slammed that day, but still took the time to provide excellent customer service. You da man Lee!! And sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong. LOL
Leigh was the person who helped me! She was super nice and gave me great info and showed me the storage space I was planning on getting! She definitely needs more help as no one can take people on tours, answer phones and take walk ins and stay sane! I vote YES for Leigh and YES on getting extra help in this store!
the best prices on storage units anywhere. Gail and Leigh are awesome their customer service is excellent, fast and friendly. the property is always very clean and safe. I will and have referred friends and family to this the Peachtree City location...
This company is ripping people off!!! They offer rent “deals” to entice you at first, then you place your things in storage while you move across state lines and they double your rent with barely a 1 months’ notice!!! Use the U-haul storage at crosstown instead. Much cleaner, efficient and friendly staff and they WILL NOT RIP YOU OFF!!! BTW all storage units are month to month rentals but this is the first time I have EVER seen a company want to increase their rental rate. More so by over 86% after 3 months!!! Just don’t…there are much better storage unit companies out there!
I moved in from out of town and Extra Space made this very seamless. Would absolutely recommend using them. Huge plus too was the security and cleanliness. Thank you!!
Just booked our storage unit with on the phone, and they were so kind! Easy to communicate, transparent about the fees, super friendly and personable. Looking forward to our experience here.
Gail was super helpful and kind! She made sure I wasn’t paying for more than I need and found a deal that suited my time there.
