I am writing this review to share my experience with Price Storage. Overall, the process was extremely easy and staff were available to answer all of my questions. My partner and I arrived without an appointment and we were shown a unit immediately. They had a deal online but we were not ready to commit. The staff offered to hold the special for us and we would be able to call back and receive the offer. We proceed with this facility due to the size and security of the storage location. Upon moving out, I had a positive encounter with Michelle. She was extremely helpful and patient. She showed grace when there was a miscommunication error. I highly recommend this storage facility and location. Thank you Michelle for your superior service and understanding!
I am a college student, me and a few friends stored our belongings here while we were home for summer and everything went very smooth. Lots of space, not too expensive, they even provide carts with wheels so getting up and down floors with your items is not difficult. Only problem is our storage unit smelled like weed, we did not ask to change units so I won’t complain but be warned lol. Michelle was very helpful at the front desk, and every employee we talked to was very polite and helpful :
Had a great experience with the Murphy canyon location! Stored my college dorm things for the summer and really liked how they had automatic payments, extremely clean facilities, friendly staff, and a quick/easy check in and out process. The front desk attendant, Michele, was amazingly helpful and super friendly. Definitely recommend this spot!
I loved it here very much. The customer service was great. Michelle was a great help as well! Definitely will come back.
Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She explained everything to me I needed to know about finding the right storage unit. She was professional, kind, and extremely helpful. She is a great asset to your company! Thank you.
Super easy. Extremely clean, helpful service and easy ways to pay. Michelle was super helpful with the move in and out process.
The access hours for this location are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., not 8:00 to 6:30. But the folks here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the groundskeeper is an amazing, good guy. I will say, like many storage facilities, they bump the rent up every 6 months by about 15%. So in two and a half years, the storage space I rented for $149 is now $229. So really be sure that you're only going to use the storage for brief amount of time.
Service “policy” is not customer friendly. No partial payments are allowed for storage fees and absolutely no forgiveness with late fees. DON’T FALL BEHIND. Horrible service from the property manager “CHRIS”, and consequently has no remorse for his customers. Poor attitude from entire staff as they seem miserable working for this company. Lastly, the ELEVATORs. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!!!
Michelle was pleasant to work with and was able to honor my online deal. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. This move has been stressful but she made this part of it seamless!
Michelle was extremely helpful in helping me get situated! Chris also made the process super fast and efficient, made sure I wasn’t confused at all! Overall great staff on the property, I know my stuff is in good hands!!
