For this being my first time using a storage facility, Win made the process a very pleasurable one. Customer service was everything. For the same unit I got with him public storage across the way was almost double the price. Thank you so much for you friendly service.

They automatically put insurance on your property then when you file a claim the claim department automatically come up with all type of excuses not to pay you your money of what property was damaged and as for all my receipts for my furniture Knowing damn well a lot of folks don't keep up with that this is just another legal way for them to scam and not pay you what they owe you and I was told they seen no damage inside of my storage unit when there is water leaking from the roof and started to form as well on my property also there was mice inside of my storage unit chewing on my property and also mice poop as well all on my stuff

Just got a unit today! Ms. Jenn helped me out with some great prices! Its clean here and the staff is really nice.

I love this Storage it’s clean no bugs. The customer service is great. Mrs. Jenn and Mr. Win are very happy people, friendly, and did I mentioned clean. I’m going to recommend all my family and friends to come if ever needed thanks a bunch for all your help.

Win is a great employee, very sweet & kind If I had to rate him from a scale 1-10 he broke my scale!!

I think i had Jenn help me today, and she was amazing and so sweet & accommodating to me & my family. my dad was with them for about a year or two , they are really great , i truly recommend!

Hi Jen or Gin help me so much because I was unable to hold it and pull up the door  and hold the door and get what I wanted. she was very helpful. I wish we can find more people like her  willing to help people so I give her five star  she was right on time thank you so much Gin or Jen.

I had absolutely no problems expect for the one damage but things happens out of our control. William was always helpful and knowledgeable about the guidelines

Win, the assistant manager, did an amazing job helping me decide on the best unit I needed for all of my belongings. He was patient and very informative. I will be referring my friends and family.
