They have one of the cleanest storage facilities, as well as the biggest storage units i have ever seen, need your RV stored this is the place to go.

Very Clean, Quiet and secure.  Prices definitely increasing so I will have to consider if what I’m storing is necessary and potentially downsizing my unit.

The place is always clean, well secured with cameras and tenants need to use their magnetic cards to enter the location and to use the elevator. The hallways are well lit with motion sensors when you walk by the lights go on. Great place.

I have yet to be contacted by a manager or here back on the status of my request to access a storage unit belonging to my family. I was told multiple times by Norma I would receive a call the next day. I travelled 6 hours to be provided low quality customer service.

The place is awesome with its card entry security gates to its locks which seem much more secure than a padlock. The office staff was helpful and efficient. And the 9 o'clock entrance is much later than my last storrage place.

I recently had a Trojan Horse virus sent in a image file from Storhousestorage's email account and said virus could of caused my computer great damage. When I brought this to their attention, they in effect said that they were hacked and some information went out, it was not them, and they wished me good luck.  . . . . HUH?  Um, how about being proactive by contacting and alerting others to your compromise instead of demonstrating your incompetence? The fact that they did not says that it was likely them sending the Trojan Horse out or that they are a willingly ignorant participants, either way, not good, thankfully i am out of town on business. kind regards, young Brian

Update on :10/12/2019 all is good, they Honored the price they "d me at $90 a month 5 stars  Update on :10/9/2019 the manager called me and is taking care of the problem  Very upset today, I ask about  Switching to a bigger unit and I got told it  would only be $20 more for what you're paying now I agreed and I switch the unit once I went in to fill in the paperwork she told me the charge is  $25 more a month,  I understand it's only a $5 difference but still $5 times every time I pay equals a lot of money I felt that the employee should at least honor the price she quoted , or ask the manager for help,  So if you're thinking about switching to a bigger unit make sure we get the right quote price

This is in response to Brian Sutherland and Sofia.  Brian was a previous tenant. He got an email, that was not mailed by us, with "StorHouse" as the sender name but with an erroneous email address. He could not comprehend what happened. I tried explaining it several different ways.  As to Sofia, troubled tenant who we refused to renew the contract for not following the rules.
