My husband and I went three years ago and we had an incredible experience. This time around was the complete opposite. The tech went 20 mins over with the appointment before us, didn't acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. She was super rude and had attitude. She got the ultrasound gel all over my clothes and she was frustrated bc the baby was facing a different direction and not awake. We paid the full amount because she said it was "policy" but we walked out not even 5 minutes of being in the ultrasound room. The two pictures she did take and didn't give us were super blurry. She should not be working there. Never going back.
The first time we had an appointment, my baby was not cooperating at all. The technician Diana was patient and tried to get him to move the entire time and he was just being stubborn. We had to come back for a follow up appointment and scheduling with Diana was so easy and she is flexible. We were taken on time for both appointments and the space is so cozy. My son was still being stubborn for the second appointment but Diana did not give up and by the end of the appointment we were able to get some great pictures of him. She was funny, sweet, kind and gentle. I definitely recommend coming here.
Thank you for being a part of our pregnancy. Such a cool feeling to see visually the different features pre-birth. My first appointment, baby wasnt in the ideal or good position for viewing/pictures. Instead of giving up automatically, the tech took her time gave tips, gave more cold water, suggested i get sweets from a vending machine. After some time, with still no results they were happy to reschedule a complimentary visit. Fast forward to second visit, baby was in a much better position and we got amazing pictures! Thank you!
I had an absolute great experience. This was the second time at stork for us. First time was at 6 weeks where we couldn’t really see much but at almost 11 weeks we got to see our baby and heart the heartbeat!!
I’m only sharing in case someone else has had this issue. Also I have no visited the facility this is based off the phone conversations I have had. I was referred to this place by a family member that went here and got the early dna testing done at 9 weeks. I’m currently pregnant and I’m excited to confirm the gender of my baby this is my 3rd pregnancy and I’m really anxious. So I called last week to set up an appointment and get confirmation on pricing for an ultrasound and early dna gender testing and the woman who answered the phone repeatedly assured me that she had no idea what I was talking about and that they do not do early dna gender testing. So I was devastated. I shared with her what I read on the website and what I was told when referred and she said “I’m not sure why that’s on our website and why anyone would tell you that because we do not do that” so now I’m desperate so I asked was there another location that does and she told me she couldn’t help me. So being completely upset I told her I understood and I continued searching for another stork vision that did do the early dna gender testing. I searched and searched for hours until I gave up. I came back to the website today just to set up an appointment for my 14 weeks and I decided to read reviews first. I have seen numerous reviews of expectant mothers saying how at the Schaumburg location they have gotten early dna gender testing and received next day or two day turnaround; so I cannot understand for the life of me why she would tell me they do not do this. I am so upset right now. If she didn’t know she could have said that or if they stopped even she could have told me that but why make me feel like a crazy person and tell me you don’t know why the website would tell me that and all these things when you all in fact do these type of testing!!
I’ve been here before and that’s why I went back for my second pregnancy. I was definitely disappointed, couldn’t get to many good pics but that’s ok not the workers fault. I am disappointed because I can’t log into the account to see the pics I did get. The worker and I went back and fourth trying but much help wasn’t being done. She said this has never happens to anyone else. she re-set the password but even that didn’t work for me to log in. She said she sent a new link to my husband’s phone number but he didn’t receive anything. So we just paid for an ultrasound with pictures I’m unable to see. I asked for some to be printed but only one could be printed “because of the quality “ ‍ I would go somewhere else.
It took me awhile to book the appointment because I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it, but I’m glad we did. It was an AMAZING experience we were able to share with loved ones. The images we received were breathtaking and brought me to tears. Make sure you follow their directions to help get baby awake and moving for your appointment because it does make a difference. We went in first time and our baby girl didn’t want to wake up, so we opted to come back for another scan. I made sure she was awake this time! The technician was great and very kind to everyone in our party. It’s definitely worth it and you’ll have memories to cherish forever, along with many wonderful images/videos to share with your baby when they are older.
My husband and I went for our first baby and we were very happy with the overall experience! The tech made us feel comfortable and she tried every possible position for us to get the best pictures of baby since he was very tired! We are very happy with the decision to come here and love the stuffed animal that came with the package!
I went to this place with my husband for 2D/4D ultrasound that I bought him as a gift for his birthday! The experience we both received was amazing. The ultrasound technician was very sweet and fun and the service and the way she treated us was outstanding! She explained everything that she was doing and everything that we were seeing on the screens and made really sweet comments and joked around. We also received a lot of gifts for free which was really nice. The atmosphere and the place was so comfortable and pleasant and I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for memorable experience!
My daughter and I were treated with the most respect and it was such a positive experience! So professional and the results were AMAZING! I highly recommend Stork Vision. Everything was explained and we were all made to feel very comfortable and safe. Thank you Stork Vision!
