From beginning to end was a great experience. Debbie our sales lady was a gem. Brian stayed in contact with us until the day of install. Installers arrived a bit early, were professionals and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Love the ease of the door opener, I’d rate it 10 if possible.

We did not purchase, at first it seemed great and they were prompt and informative. They use the Tinker storm shelter loan which we had been looking at. He sent a contract and requires a deposit, my wife began setting up an account with TFCU to get the loan. It took a few days to complete as online verification didn’t work. I was called multiple times while I was at work and I sent a message that we were reviewing the contract. I received it Thursday. We got a call Saturday morning and we explained that we were wanting to secure the loan first as we did not want to put the 300$ deposit on our credit card. Whoever it was we were speaking to did not like this he was rude and very pushy and said we were trying to do it the hard way and that he had a link that would make us a member at TFCU and we didn’t have to do it this way but he says he will send that link AFTER you sign the contract meanwhile we spoke with TFCU and they told us we had to set up an account, make a deposit, and apply for the loan. We were very turned off by how pushy he was to have us sign the contract and then his tone and laughing/scoffing on the phone was a major red flag. I don’t see why he was so upset we wanted to go about it how we were comfortable unless he’s trying to lock you into something you can’t undo. I had asked what would happen with the deposit if we didn’t get approved and he said the deposit would be refunded but the contract says it’s not refunded once the contract is signed! I messaged them to let them know to go ahead and cancel that contract and the response was “already did” so they even canceled it before we asked because he didn’t like that we wouldn’t do it like he said We found the same size shelter for 475$ less with no deposit too. Don’t be rude and disrespectful to potential customers talking to them like they’re absolutely ridiculous and stupid. We had every intention of using this company and hadn’t continued to look at other companies until that phone call
