Facility is clean and well lit. What I appreciated most was the staff. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and very helpful. The last person I dealt with was Seth and he was great. Thanks Seth. Definitely 5 stars for both the facility and the staff.
We just signed up for our storage about 2 weeks ago. I went in to the office to complete any paperwork and get access to the storage. When I walked in there was another lady there doing the same thing. The girl at the front desk greeted me when I walked in, completed the other ladies paperwork and answered all the questions she had. She was so bubbly and friendly. When she then assisted me she made sure to explain everything and was so sweet and always had a smile on her face. Customer service like that would keep me using that facility even if the prices were higher than anywhere else! She seemed to really care about her job and go out of her way to make sure customers were taken care of!
Rose was very helpful over the phone and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. But Seth is our go to man! He is so personable and took the time to understand our situation and help us as best as he could. When we first walked through he showed us a semi-close unit to the door but when we went back a couple days later to confirm the unit we had saw on our first visit he let us know that he found us a unit closer to the door so we wouldn't have to travel as far to unload our storage pod being pregnant ^_^. Great customer service and very thoughtful to keep us in mind when we came back regarding a closer unit to the door.
Easy to reserve a unit on line. You need to watch daily though, as they run on line specials. The security gate was not working the day we moved in, but the clerk gave us an emergency code to use which we had to use the second day too. Not a big deal. We noticed a few bugs in the unit that I think might be the beetles that are out right now because of monsoon season. We weren't putting anything in the unit right now where that made a difference and only saw three or four bugs. If we were moving furniture, etc. I would have been hesitant and spoke to the manager.
Vanessa was great! She was quick getting us our unit. Very kind and empathetic with our situation. David was awesome too! In fact we decided to come back and get a second unit because Vanessa and David are so awesome! Thank you to them for making an unbearable situation a little…. Ok ALOT easier!!
Nice size units and very easy to access. Fit our entire 4 room house, garage and back yard inside! Made our difficult moving/ Covid 19 situation a little bit easier. I just wish the management would stick to their word on things. First they changed their mind on the price after the initial move in quote. They forgot to include the part about mandatory renters insurance. Then, they waited until the 3rd month until they figured it would be a great time to jack the rates on me since I was already moved in to the unit and had nowhere to go. Sounds like a pretty good scam to me.
Love this place! The ladies at the front desk are so nice. Vanessa is great she helped me pick out the right size locker that I needed. She went through the storage facility and showed me the different sizes. It was all a quick process and great customer service. The facility is gated and has cameras everywhere which is great! Highly recommend!!
Vanessa was very courteous and professional. She took the time to explain details, and even offered to show me the unit before the lease signing.. The facility is nice and clean
Facility was clean, secure and great price but that is the only good thing I can say. If you don't care about customer service I highly recommend this place. Upon renting we stated we would provide our own lock, received the security code and would be back later to move the items in. We rented a truck by the hour and upon arrival to unload they still had there lock on the unit. Walked up to the office to find a note on the door that they would be back shortly. Called the number listed with no help. Waited an hour for return and was told took longer at the bank. Gave proper notice on when we would be vacating the unit and even received a partial refund for a partial month. Thought great they are on top of it. Upon arrival to vacate the security code would not open the gate. Went into office and was told the unit is already vacated and lock removed. I knew this was incorrect because the truck arrived earlier and happened to make it through the gate from another customer and the truck was being loaded. They also had no record even though I had receipts of my monthly payments. They had to go with me to verify the unit was not vacant. The excuse I received this time was they have had staff change. Needless to say I have lost faith in this company and will not rent again or recommend.
I wasn’t sure what size storage unit I needed and Seth was able to help me determine my best option. He was so professional and helpful I will definitely use them again!
