DESIGN ASSIST/BUILD

We work closely with architectural and/or engineering firms to provide complete electrical structure design, and can coordinate the entire process from conception to completion.

SBE offers a full service of commercial and industrial power, lighting, communications, mechanical and temperature control, maintenance and repair installations. We possess expertise with emergency generator power, AC & DC electrical power plant requirements, building monitoring systems (BMS) and HVAC control systems integration.
Our in-house staff can provide “as-built” engineered drawings and computer updated panel schedules as part of our services. All conduit runs, junction boxes and devices are clearly labeled to provide for efficient and cost effective modifications in the future.

ENGINEERING
Using advanced 3D computer-aided design (CAD), SBE has the technical expertise to coordinate, draft, layout and circuit a complete set of electrical plans for an entire project.
