Best $300.00 for a one hour consult I have spent this entire stressful costly landlord tenant dilemma I am in. I didn’t think there were any lawyers that helped tenants let alone are serving Spanish speaking tenants. Micheal was completely on his game and gave us good real advice practical and empathetic. He knows his stuff and not a minute of our hour was wasted. We know exactly now how to proceed with our landlord issue and what we can expect. And we learned we have the possibility of not only protecting ourselves from being unfairly sued but we can also get financial compensation for things we felt were very wrong but didn’t know we’re against the law. Landlords have gotten so entitled and crazy recently it’s a relief to know tenants still have rights and are actually a customer to the landlord. Thank you very much!
