Very disappointed with the wait staff and their attitude, its like they didn't want to be there and they let everyone know it. Went to bar several times and it took more than 4 minutes just to be acknowledged and then another few minutes to take my order. Its a nice looking place but the food and service does not measure up to the standards one would expect in such a place. Trust me on this everyone.....you can do much better....good luck
Fantastic experience. Our server, Stephanie, recommended the veal milanese and it was awesome. She described it as a flavor explosion and she was spot on. She had great answers to all of our questions and really did a heck of a job. The calamari was delightful. We will be back soon.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Great service. Although we were seated next to a very large party that was very loud we enjoyed our dinner. Took a while for the food to come out. Appetizers were quick but dinner not so much. Food is pretty good. Wouldn't recommend the shrimp scampi...there was no garlic in my dish and it didn't taste like typical shrimp scampi. But the Nona meatball, bruschetta and chocolate chip lava cake were all really good.
Thank goodness that there was an order and pay QR code on the table. Once seated we were never greeted by a server or even asked if we wanted anything to drink. If we had not used the order and pay QR code I’m not sure we would have eaten at all. As it was everything that we ordered on the app was brought by a different person, not one of which ever returned to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything else. Food was actually quite good, but we will not be returning.
Good food, friendly service, pleasant atmosphere. Also, quite importantly, a large, free parking lot. The Italian dishes are better than the specials that are of a more general type. I had a daily special which was fresh tuna; it was okay but not great.Food: 4/5
This was my first interaction with Strada Mia 313 and I must digress a bit because I ordered pick up. However, for $15 and coming from what some review as a good Italian restaurant, I was unpleasantly surprised. My chicken parmesan sandwich/sub was tossed on what can only be described as a stale hotdog bun. Don't think I will be returning, even to dine in. It calls into question the quality and thought they put into their food. Save yourself the trouble.
My first time having dinner. Read reviews prior to making reservation. Ordered Caesar salad and Chicken français. Salad was very nice but my entrée was extremely disappointing. I had about a half a piece of chicken, which was overdone and tough, served on a plate of angel hair pasta without any butter/white wine sauce. All of it was tasteless. Server was very nice, w pleasant disposition. Glass of Malbec was nice as well.
I had a great dinner here with some friends. Our waitress was really nice and personable. She was also very attentive to our table. Had a bottle of La Crema Pino Noir. Amazing.. Others had some vodka drinks that they really liked. We ordered a manicotti app special that was very good. The dinner's that were ordered included the Chicken Riggies, Rib Eye steak, Gemelli dish with sausage and the Haddock. All the entrees were really good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs!! We had dinner tonight after a good friend recommended on our very first time in Syracuse we live in Manhattan dropping our daughter at college and really wanted to enjoy a lovely evening and meal and it was a complete disaster. We blame the kitchen. Our server Jaylyn was wonderful and it wasn’t his fault. We asked for bread while we waited an hour just to get our salads. Sorry we are OUT of Bread! Dinner was beyond average and two of us got different pasta than we ordered. Ok. How about a manager? Nope. No Manager to speak with. Ok. How about a complimentary glass of wine. No. Ok. How about we NEVER come here again and tell all of our friends to never patronize this restaurant. Done. Terrible. We should have demanded something taken off this check but alas, NO MANAGER!!
The food is decent, the service is excellent...but then they're blasting classic rock at you. Not that I don't like classic rock, but the contrast between the music and the upscale setting is jarring, especially if you end up under one of the speakers and can't hear others at your own table. Still, it's worth a stop if you're in the mood for Italian.
