These folks were worth the time. I gave them a decent tip and they more than deserved it. My Mod died on me and I needed a new one, plus additional supplies. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. I explained to her that I was in a Semi, but needed a way to get to them. They came to the truckstop and picked me up. Took me to the store so I could get what I needed. Then brought me back an dropped me right at my truck. They were definitely worth what I spent, and their customer service was excellent.
The lady that helped me out was extremely knowledgeable about vape industry. And the price was the same as ever or else so acceptable. We were just headed east from Oregon and I needed a new battery.
Great staff! Answered my questions and they asked informative questions to know how to change my bad habit. They made me feel welcomed and helped me understand my new equipment. They seem to be a Great support system to help you achieve the goal of quitting smoking. Thank You Straight Line Vapors.
Staff very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. They are happy to provide answers & no question is mocked. They really want to help ppl kick smoking cigarettes. Prices are reasonable & I trust the quality of products offered.
I have been here a few times and felt as though some of the staff wasn't as knowledgeable as I have found at other places, but the staff is always very nice and courteous. I have found that these guys also have a wide variety of products and actually carry coils for the tanks that they sell. Prices are average and not bad either.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! Helped me pick a starter pen and even primed it for me. Walked me through how to replace and prime new coil when the time came. Explained the different style of fluids and mg of nicotine. Even explained when to go up with nicotine and explained that too high could be an irritant. I left the store not feeling confused! Highly recommended place for all your vaping needs!!
The family that run this place are always so nice and know what you need for your vaping needs. If they don't have something they are willing to order it for you so you can have it the next week. They always make sure that they have what I need in stock and I really appreciate that!
My husband and I have been visiting this store for years and will recommend it over any other store in town. The owners are absolutely wonderful people and have the best interest for their customers in mind. The selection has only been progressively better and, though some flavors may not always be there, there's always something comparable to recommend.
Only carry products the owners seem to use and I had more info on products than the store did. Not recommended if you cloud chase. Also the rig they quoted at $120 I got for $60 online plus a 100ml bottle they didn't factor into the quoted price. Great store if you are just looking for the general items.
My mom purchased a vape on a Saturday that had a mechanical issue. Contact was made after business hours that evening and arrangements were made to exchange the unit on Mother's Day. They are normally closed on Sundays, and being a holiday, this was above and beyond in customer service. Myself and my mother will continue to be customers and highly recommend this establishment!
