I love this place! I shop here all the time. Here's my biggest concern. HEALTH CONCERN. Rat and mouse feces infestation inside the rack where they have the cloth breathable flower pots next to the fertilizers. It's actually a health concern considering customers are touching rat urine and feces as you soft through the pots. You can here the mice somewhere inside there. Now, for the customer experience part. I go here often to get my tomatoes, peppers, herbs, flowers and soil. They have everything you need at a fair price for the above mentioned. They are pricey with their bushes, raised beds, lattice, large pots, and many accessories but your average consumer purchases are priced well. Don't go to the big box stores for your consumables. Trust me, they are inferior to Stranges
Strange's has been our go-to shop for many years and without disappointment. They always have a great variety of flower and vegetable plants at very reasonable prices. The collection of earthen pots is unique and something that keeps refreshing year over year making it a perfect companion to purchase along with plants when expanding the collection. The plants they sell are healthy to survive the transplanting and new environment but just in case they don't you can return them within 30 days with a receipt although never ever had to do that yet. Would recommend to anyone to visit them and have a look.
I am a long-time customer of Strange's and their flower arrangements never disappoint. I recently had an unusual situation with an order, and I cannot say enough about their incredible customer service. Not only do they take pride in their workmanship, they put the customer first. I can, honestly, say that I have never been so overwhelmed by a company's customer service before. Thank you!!
Incredible selection and some things are very reasonably priced. Because of how popular the location is and possibly still because of supply chain issues they are sold out of popular products - like potting soil - at times. Great selection of basic terracotta pots too. Staff are generally friendly and helpful.
I never seen this kind of nursery so many color full flowers vegetables indoor and outdoor plants such a wonderful place its huge plants are available here
If you're in the plants or gardening this is the place you've got to come to. The staff is extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They have about every plant that you could possibly imagine and all the supporting accessories. During the holidays as you can see my pictures they go all out into Christmas. They also have a large assortment of yard products. Such as Mulch and Stone Products. They have a full-service florist on hand for all your needs.
This place is Amazing! Azaleas, mums, sooo many varieties, spend more than 1/2 an hour and your wallet won't like you, but your better half will! Enjoy!! Hat
I ordered a bouquet of red roses in December for pick up. When I came to pick them up, I was given pink rather than the red I ordered. I chose to not make it a big deal and keep the pink bouquet. I then ordered flowers again in January and had them scheduled to deliver on Valentine's Day. When placing the order, I was told they could not guarantee a specific time to have them delivered but if I gave them a broad time range 9am-4pm then they would be delivered within the times given. 4pm on Valentine's Day comes around and my order has yet to be delivered so I called to find out where my order was. When I first called, they could not find any history of my order that I placed WEEKS in advance and was charged on my credit card. After several minutes of searching for my order, they were finally able to tell me that my order was on the truck out for delivery the time I needed them delivered by has already passed. I then asked to have them delivered to a different address because time has passed, and my girlfriend was no longer at work where her flowers were supposed to be delivered to. I was then told that they would be unable to deliver to my new address by the end of the day and had THE AUDACITY to offer delivering VALENTINE'S DAY FLOWERS for 50% off THE FOLLOWING DAY. I turned down their oh so generous offer and now waiting for my full refund due to being left empty handed on an order I placed WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Needless to say, I will never order flowers from this establishment again and recommend others do the same unless you want to scramble last second to make up for an order that will not be received in time.
The Mecca of all nurseries, bring all your plant allowance money all I could say was omg omg luckily I was wearing my face mask so nobody saw me drooling... Oh and it's hot in here bring your tank top tennis shoes and water
Very good selection. Severely overpriced! Lowes/Home Depot have the same plants, but larger for cheaper in my opinion.
