Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were running late for our first appointment and they still worked us in! I was very grateful that we didn't have to reschedule! They move quickly and keep you informed throughout the appointment.
I’ve had a very good experience with Dr. G and staff here at Strasburg Family Dentistry. They are experienced and deliver a high standard of care with kindness. The treatments I received were better, less invasive, and less expensive than with the “holistic” dentist in Front Royal from whom I transferred care. They offered a dental savings plan that saved me considerably even from the discounted self-pay cost. The hygienist was patient, encouraging and non judgemental. Overall caring and competent staff.
I had a very good experience here. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I didn't have to wait in the waiting room long at all. The Dentist was very nice and informative. I'd recommend them!
I had good experiences there, but they dropped my wife as a patient because she missed 3 appointments because she takes care of her 86 year old father. She was happy to pay the $50 missed appointment fee but they dropped her anyway. Sadly, neither myself or my father-in-law will be returning.
Incredible office and staff! We had Jessica as our hygienist and she was so calm and patient with my girls who are very scared of the dentist… Or I should say, WERE very scared. She encouraged us to start new healthy habits for our teeth and was non-judgmental. The dentist is also very non-judgmental and his priority is getting teeth happy and healthy and has set up individual plans for all of us so we don’t have to have all the work done at once. The scheduling staff that deals with the insurance was amazing and they broke down the details of everything to use all of my benefits for each year so we can maximize. I will always recommend this office!

my name is Dan and I want to give a shout out to Dr. Botros and his staff. I had an abscess tooth and it had to be extracted. I have an innate fear of dentists but Dr. Botros explained the procedure and set me at ease. His assistant was very professional and kind. The extraction went well and I'm on the mend. I haven’t seen a dentist in over 13 years. I also had to bring all four of my kids, including the 18 month old with me. The office was amazing with my kids, patient with me while I got them settled, explained what was happening in my mouth, and clear about what they were doing. I am very impressed and thankful. I would for sure recommend them. *Let’s add to this that my seven year old son is very anxious about all medical procedures and we talked a lot before his appointment. I was delighted to find out his hygienist had some similar medical conditions as him and was incredible with him during his cleaning! The whole office was fantastic with my kids!
