About Stratford Toy Aussies
I am a Toy Aussie Breeder Located in Portland Oregon. I breed out the desire to provide service animals to my community and out of love for my dogs, I have loved toy Aussies for years now and think the rest of the world will too! The Aussies in my home are raised like family members, they even have their own comfy bedroom within our house. They gets lots of attention and love through out the day and some sleep in our rooms with us at night. These Aussies are loved, well trained, and well cared for. We go on outings, not just to the vet, but around Portland and our community. I look for every opportunity to take my dogs everywhere, even if that means we only go to food carts when we eat out. Honestly, I have never loved any other dog more than I love my Toy Australian Shepard's.
About The Name "Stratford"
It has been a long and nerdy tradition in my house to name our dogs Shakespearean names, as you will notice by taking a closer look at "Our Family" page. Every single name for our dogs comes strait out of a William Shakespeare play. I considered naming my site "Shakespeare's Aussies" but thought the name to cheesy and possibly hard for some people to spell. So I settled on "Stratford" as this is the place Shakespeare was born, the town is technically called "Stratford-upon-Avon" but that's just to long!
So if you fall in love with one of our Shakespearean puppies, do feel free to carry on the tradition at your house. :D
