Strathmere Lodge

We are so pleased with the care our father and mother are receiving on a daily basic. The staff is wonderful and very kind to them both.

The care of our loved one at Strathmere has been amazing. The staff have been attentive to her needs and responsive to any family concerns and questions. The facilities are spotless and the friendly staff provide many excellent activites and events. Mom enjys the food as well. Warm and kind atmosphere.

My Mother was a resident until she passed away. I cannot say enough about the excellent and compassionate care she received. When we needed to make arrangements for my Aunt this was the only Nursing Home we considered. We are extremely pleased with her care and comparison shown by ALL staff. Highly recommended.

I would never work here, I actually got a call from one manager who claimed she was interested in interviewing me and all she told me once I returned her call was how she didn't find my resume to be an honest one. Who does that? My time as an applicant is just as important as the employer's. Respect from EVERYONE is just as valid if you are an actual professional. I did not feel any respect and I certainly didn't feel valued or considered by a staff member representing this place. I would never allow my elderly family to reside here either as a result. I can't take people like this seriously or the service they provide.

If your family and you dad is dieing you would think you could say your goodbyes well not here my daddy has a few days left and I could not say my goodbye to him because his new wife that I only meet a few times told them she doesn't want me there and I cant tell my dad how much I love him I explained to the staff I would only be a few minutes i begged them I know my dad would want nothing more theythen soto see me so the the staff called the police on me and now I will never have a chance to say my goodbyes to my daddy don't let your love ones stay here this could happen to you like it did to me

How can an employee rate this facility objectively??????
