Love the office, from reception to the hygienists, to dentist. They are so accommodating, friendly and helpful. I have horrible anxiety and they are so nice and try to help me to make my visit as comfortable as possible. My children and husband go there as well, they too are totally satisfied. :
I had a great experience at Streamwood Smiles! It was maybe 2 years since I had been to the dentist. I was feeling guilty about not having gone in a while and I was apprehensive to find a new place since my previous dentist had closed. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff here and how quick and painless I was able to get my routine cleaning and x-rays completed. They were attentive to my needs during the cleaning and communicated clearly. I was given information that would help continue preventative care and the doctor was transparent in giving me access to my treatment plan for the dental care ahead. I'm glad I picked this dentist above others!
I LOVE this place ! After 25 years of covering my smile due to a bad accident that broke my front teeth, Dr. Patel finally made me smile again! Everybody is wonderful the office staff and including all nurses . Dr Patel is incredible, very gently and her approach to patients is so sweet and delicate such a wonderful feeling when you meet her . I recommend Smile Dental to all my neighbors and to all my friends what a great team this place will change your life for the best! I felt welcomed and safe there I knew it was going to be a great ending ! Thank you all for your wonderful service !!!
Dr. Leena is my dentist. She is excellent. She explained everything to you. You can ask any of your concerned questions and she takes it to her heart. She answers your questions with full and complete explanations. I was very scared from previous dentist experience. I am happy with my new finds. Excellent service from staff along with dentist her self.
I sincerely miss the hometown feeling Dr. Schneider brought to the office. Upon my last visits, I was met with abruptness, lack of communication, and dismissiveness. When contacting the office directly, I received assurance my next visit would not play out the same way the previous one had. I was hopeful, but sincerely let down. I was met with the same dismissive response to my questions, and wound up needing to return within the hour to get the procedure redone. I walk into my local dentist with the idea that I will be leaving with confidence, and my dental issues resolved should they occur. I should not have to advocate for myself in such a defensive manner. Mistakes are human, we all understand that. But an apology is humane. The hygienist and front desk staff are extremely helpful and kindhearted individuals, and I do not feel my two star review does them any justice. At every let down, they’ve done heavy lifting to make me feel better and help me figure out my next steps. I am sad the way my childhood dentist office has made me feel these past few visits. There is no reason I should need to fight to have things done in an acceptable manner. There is no excuse for unchanged behavior, and it hurts my heart to leave behind the hygienists that I have grown up with.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I got a crown replaced and the procedure was painless as well as quick and easy. They even gave me a Philips electric toothbrush for free as part of their first time customer promotion. I recommend to anyone that lives close!
Dr Schneider was fantastic but he sold his practice to Dr Patel. she is horrible. a minor cavity and she will say you need to do root canal. she tells me my teeth hurt when they don't keep looking for a more ethical dentist. I now have a severe toothache and I will not step back into that office. she over billed my insurance for 3 cavities that she did wrong. and wants me to pay the difference. Save yourself the grief and keep looking.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They do a great job with all ages to make visiting the dentist less stressful.
Friendly, great experience. Made my double root canal feel like an inner tooth massage. Who would of thought. Make you feel very comfortable.
Love this dental office! Everyone is friendly and professional. My dental work was done quickly. painlessly, and professionally! I'll be back!
