Before I begin...I love the street of dreams. It is one of my favorite times of the year. The homes are generally spectacular, the prices are reasonable, and it's a great venue to relax and observe the latest trends. I understand COVID had it's impacts over the past few years however it is now 2023... And If you would of told me I'd pay $27 to go see 3 finished homes, one additional unfinished home no I'm not kidding, and two tiny homes I would of gladly said No Thank you. Outrageous ! 3 finished homes for $27 bucks ??? Crazy. How can you charge these prices in this economy? Guess they got away with it this year from me... But if this is the case next year. No thank you !

Disappointed. 7 houses. 2 were small homes - not my thing and not really a Street of Dreams thing either. Wish they'd stop adding them to the show. One house was not complete, but they put on display as 'a house in progress". Not buying that, sorry. It was of zero interest. The other houses were ehhh. I miss the days where you'd be in awe. The houses were unforgettable. These houses were ok, a lot of unexplainable wasted space. The economy is not the greatest, I get that. But, there was nothing special this year.

Smaller than previous, but I liked the addition of the mini homes.

Only 4 main homes and two bonus homes this year. Almost all of them were incomplete. Only one had a pool or anything resembling a water feature. These were not mind blowing homes people would pay to see... These were just average custom homes with nothing really special or tricked out about them. Major let-down. This was not a very good year for street of dreams. This used to be so much more spectacular years ago.

Only 4 homes toured in Newberg. One home not completed. Two homes with great views. Was amazed to see interior windows with drywall, not wood wrapped. Looks cheap and everyone knows what happens when moisture from the window hits that drywall. Surprising, when spending thousands in other parts of the home. Great outdoor spaces. Some nice appointments, fun tile, and great use of natural light. Otherwise, just ok

Wonderful experience with some fantastic details and fun ideas for our own home! The home built by Del Boca Vista, home #2, was absolutely stunning with the interior designed by Tiffany Home Design. Truly, a beautiful home!

This review is for 2022, many reviews here are for previous years. Been going to this event for many years. The staff was great but the homes themselves just didn't have the usual wow factor you would expect for a 'Street Of Dreams'. The properties felt rushed and incomplete, dead landscaping, if there are supply and labor issues, would have been better to skip a year and then just advertise open houses once the homes were truly ready. Noticed things like warped bead board on one of the master bedrooms and uneven soffit roof lines. We only attended the Newberg location.
