We went here based on reviews. This place got high marks so we wanted to check it out! Some reviews said the floors were sticky, that's true. I think it's because of the material the floors are made from. Except for over by the pop machine. The floor by the pop machine was a little sticky, prob from kids spilling a little. We saw them pressing raw meat, so the frozen patty thing wasn't what we experienced. The place was clean. The food was hot and tasted great. The staff was friendly. The girl taking our order gave us suggestions and knew a lot about the menu. The herb truffle fries were SO GOOD! Try them! Ohh... the music there was not slow and folky, it was upbeat and modern. So top 40s, the bad words are muted out. So I felt that the songs were ok for a family restaurant. Our experience here was great!
First time visiting was enjoyable. We ordered a chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and cheese fries. The mac and cheese was delicious- it had a creamy asiago flavor that is definitely on the better side of mac and cheese outing experiences I've had. I only had a bite of the sandwich, but it was very flavorful and had a nice kick at the end. The fries were alright-the cheese could have had just a little more of a stand out/distinguishing flavor. The atmosphere was laid back and chill. This visit won't be a last. I'm looking forward to checking out more of their menu sometime.
What a great place! The food was great, the variety was perfect for the group I was with. I had the cony island burger and it was no only filling but the dog was the right amount of snap and density. Who doesn’t like a hot dog cut down the middle covered in sloppy joe chili on their burger? About as American as you can get I think. : I can wait to go back and try the gyro, a guy across from me was eating one and it looked tasty.
I've been to Streetz twice now and I really enjoy it. The service is fast & friendly. And there are always plenty of places to sit. While they are most known for their burgers and hot dogs, I love their fish tacos. All the ingredients are fresh, the fish is grilled not deep fried, and they are served on corn tortillas. This time mine were a little greasy but dang they were still good. Portion sizes for fries are a little large. I got a size and could barely finish them; its best to share. And for families, its cool to know that kids eat free here on Monday nights from 3-8pm.
That was one pretty darn good juicy Lucy served by very friendly staff. I didn't know fries were extra...its usually with a burger order. That makes it a mite on the expensive side, but not too bad. Nice decor, they did good remodelling that old Dennys building.
We needed a quick bite for dinner and we were glad we decided to try this fast-casual place out. I ordered the Bleu Burger that came topped with lettuce, onions, bacon, and bleu cheese. My expectations weren't high because the price was only about $7 for reference, a Quarter-Pounder at McDonalds is $5. I also ordered a side of fries for $2.50. They exceeded my expectations because the burger tasted like that from a formal sit-down restaurant - quality meat, fresh veggies, and generous amounts of bleu cheese. It tasted very similar to the burger I had at Blue Door Pub known for their amazing burgers. The fries also tasted really good and were piping hot - most likely fresh-cut in-house and had a very good earthy taste. The fries are definitely way better than Five Guys and I got a TON of fries for $2.50 - I'd say it's almost 2x the volume of a large McD's fries. The burger looks small in my picture - but it's actually a very good size it's maybe a 1/3 pounder patty. All the employees were also very nice and it seemed like everyone loved being there. I observed employees socializing with the customers at other tables. We'll definitely be coming back in the near future.

The burger was good fries they sent me were absolutely disgusting and even had an uncooked fry in it very dissapointed that someone would allow these to be served to a customer. This was first experience ordering from here
This place is amazing. I got the Gyro burger and it was very delicious. The poutine is also great. I would recommend this place to anyone, in fact I already have mentioned it to a lot of my family and friends. #gyro #american #streetfood #bloomington #minnesota
The tacos were amazing. Extensive menu. Friendly service and clean. I will be back!
