We also provide facilities that include nutritional products and trainers to make your fitness and health dreams become a reality.
Strength and Fitness also includes a “Cardio Café” that focuses on the health conscious person, the “Worth the Weight” vitamin/supplement clothing shop for member’s supplement and workout needs, and “Mini Muscles’” which is a state-of-the-art daycare center to provide excellent care for members’ children. In addition to this, we offer a wide variety of fitness classes that include athletic and martial arts programs for today’s youths, and a private dance, music, singing and acting studio that offers many family-focused activities that cater to anyone from preschoolers to professional.
