I am a certified personal trainer under the ACTION certification and I am also a certified powerlifting/strength coach under USPA's 16 hour hands on certification. I also have a first responder license and am certified for CPR.
I have competed in powerlifting for 4 years and have placed 1st at the IPL World Championships 3 years in a row. I hold state, national, and world records in my division.
I also have an AA in Kinesiology and Athletic Training done at MJC.
I am doing personal training out of my garage gym for $20 per session and I am running a small fitness class 2 days a week for $10 per session and a strength/powerlifting class 3 days a week for $10 per session.
