Knowledgeable and friendly staff plus higher quality and less commonly found shoes make this a worthwhile visit. Check also the Fit to be Tied Clearance Store near the upper center of the mall.
We try to buy all of our children's shoes here because this place is incredibly accommodating as well as having the best customer service in town! They have a great selection and are quite knowledgeable about their products. I would highly recommend them!
First, John Waugh is my brother. Regardless, Fit to Be Tied has an excellent selection of quality footwear, as well as a knowledgeable staff. The prices are high but not outrageous, and there's great stuff in the "bargain cave".
This business is a local favorite of our family. They take the time to fit you right. There is a wide selection of sizes, and the brands are quality. The prices are good, especially considering the service and products being so good. They also have excellent sales of all kinds of sizes and products.... we bought some really nice footwear this week and saved what I would estimate to be around $60. You don't need to buy your shoes online to save money.... shop Fit To Be Tied and get it all.
Ever since the new owners took over, it's been great! They are so helpful and the store is more inviting. Love love love that store!!!! It's the only store I'll take my kids to for shoes!
The lady working at the clearance store was very friendly and helpful. I came in needing size 14 slippers, and she showed me multiple options! Great deal and fantastic service, couldn't ask for a better experience
I've honestly had great customer service here. The staff have always been very helpful and have helped me find shoes that really make my feet happy Ecco if you want to be specific. As I've been getting older I have really starting to appreciate a good pair of shoes. My hips and lower back don't hurt when I have to be on my feet for long periods of time now.
We shop her often for new shoes. I enjoy the one-on-one help with the salesperson. They have quality brands and I am usually able to find some good deals. I love that they carry wide width.
Great selection of brands of shoes, sandals, boots in tons of sizes which I appreciate as I'm a size 11. Great customer service, locally owned business which I love even though I'm guilty of online ordering too from time to time. I've bought hiking shoes, Chaco's, insoles and socks here and excellent experience every time. Also nice clearance selection in the back "clearance" room in the off seasons.
I had feet problems went into this store and got some new shoes and insoles and made all the difference. Glad I went to this store first. The people that work here are very good help. They do what’s best for you. Reasonable priced. I recommend there smart wool socks too they work wonders for sweaty feet.
