Great bowling Alley I haven't bowled in years so my girlfriend and I decided to go bowling. $40 for the lane for an hour and $4 each for shoe rentals. Within an hour you can play about 3 games depending on the size of your group and how fast you all bowl. Overall great experience and will be coming back in the future to go bowling.
We rented a lane for a hour. 40 bucks for 1 hour and 4 bucks shoe rental. A good value imo. The balls are in pool ball paint scheme. The place has music and lots of fair style video games.
Great family entertainment place and ultimate gaming zone including 10 pin bawling lanes associated with Boston pizza where u wll get ample of pizza and food option alongside bawling and gaming zone. Sports bar is also situated inside strike where is variety of food and drinks.
We played here twice with group of friends and family. Fun place to hang out with lots of things to do ang enjoy in the area. Various Token games and the boston pizza in the same building. Tim Hortons just accross the street. Ice cream shops closeby. The amazing sky wheel is besides it. Benches outside to relax. The beautiful dinososaurs sculptures and fun places and restaurants around. Its the center of fun in Niagara the Clifton hill waliking distance to Niagara falls. Parking area are clos by too.
Decided to go bowling on Saturday night with a group of 8. After paying for the hour, we were informed that only 6 people were allowed to be in the bowling area at a time. Our other 2 friends, for some reason, were not allowed to simply sit at the table and watch the rest of us bowl. They were yelled at by the staff to go stand in the arcade. We were also advised after we paid, that there were no drinks allowed in the bowling area. We were not told this ahead of time, nor were there any signs indicating this was the case. We all had drinks, so the staff made us walk 10 steps into the arcade and enjoy our drinks there. During the 20 minutes we were there, the staff were incredibly rude and harassed us the entire time. When we asked why these ridiculous rules were in place, we were told it was due to covid protocols. Meanwhile there were hundreds, if not thousands of people in the facility. We simply decided to ask for a refund and we would just leave and we were told they couldn’t do that either. Again, being spoken to incredibly rudely by the staff. You can see from the owners response, that this establishment doesn’t care about customer service. They’d rather debate the merit of their ridiculous rules, than offer an actual apology for their rude staff. Do not come here to bowl.
I would rate this place 0 stars instead of 1 if I could. Rude and condescending staff. Worst bowling experience ever. I came in with my family for the first time. We spend $70+ for our group, and are in the first round of bowling, when a female worker approaches us and tells us rudely that our group is too large. Confused we ask her for more info. She points out that we’re a group of 7 instead of 6. This female worker has an issue with a 3-year-old who can’t even hold a ball… who is there to cheer on her family. We mention to her she is 3-year-old and ask if their policy to separate families? She snidely remarks that an adult can leave instead. What kind of customer services asks to separate parents from their children? I’m shocked at this despicable level of customer service and am hopeful the floor manager can understand our situation. I ask to speak with the manager. Female worker rudely leaves and stops our game mid-way; completely shutting it down. It gets worse from here. Ivan whose badge reads “shift lead” and is power tripping continues to state the same “policy”. No compassion or understanding for a 3-year-old here with their family. Anyone interested in visiting this place PLEASE AVOID! Judging by their multiple 1-star reviews here this is NOT an isolated incident. Their management & staff need serious training. Families >6 beware they will separate you at all costs. Game and customer service be damned.
We arrived with no advance notice at around 6:30 on a Saturday, and were bowling within about seven minutes. Everything was as advertised, and we got about two games with four people in an hour. We did, however, feel the bowling balls and maybe the shoes could use upgrades, and were a bit frustrated by the table being seated back from the lane, so other groups were frequently blocking our view. However, perfectly fine for non-serious bowlers.
4 years ago- 5 stars - Love this place. Beer, wings from Boston pizza and bowling a perfect combo. Now - 3 stars - Visited again on the thanksgiving long weekend. Place doesn’t allow beer & food anymore. Bowling was ok with no waiting to get a lane. But staff seemed considerate about us being group of 5 not sure what kind of rules are in the place now but it really wasn’t fun anymore. I felt like money wasted. I had more fun and enjoyed being in the arcade area than one of my favourite things to do that is bowling.
We rented an hour for $40. We were 4 and played 2 rounds in the hour. Definitely worth it and fun.
Had fun here with my lady, price was reasonable for an hour. Shoes were fine as well. I just don't like how crowded it can be when all lanes are full with big groups.
