The staff was great in so many ways - handling every detail with care and compassion. They have continued to check in and have been so easy to work with. My siblings and I suddenly had the task of making arrangements for our mother’s funeral. I was dreading the whole process but Ky and his entire staff made the whole process much more pleasant that I had anticipated. They made us feel comfortable and laid out all the options... some things we had not even thought about. We were able to discuss things and make decisions without feeling as though we were on a schedule. Process was seamless and everything through the service and burial went just as we have planned. They have reached out to us since then on a couple of occasions to just check up on us and make sure we were doing okay. Just delivered flowers to a service here in small town Fannett. Your staff was so pleasant to work with. They removed all flower pieces for me, including a heavy casket piece. I have delivered flowers to area funeral homes, but the employees are not so helpful or so cordial.
